First off — respect. We know the uniform, the time, and the sacrifice. Many of us come from the same life. The C.R.O.W.S. were built by veterans who know what it means to answer the call when it comes.
Because of that, we want to be honest.
Our events can run for several days to a full week, and they often take place far from home. For those still serving on active duty, that can make scheduling and leave approval difficult — and as every one of us knows, the mission always comes first.
We’d love to have you join us, but we also understand that military duty has priority over everything else. You’re always welcome to reach out, fill out a contact form, and talk with us — we’ll do our best to make something work, whether that’s training with us, joining between rotations, or being part of the crew when your schedule allows.
No matter what, you’ll always have our respect.
