Discovered scattered gear washed up along the coast and salvaged key equipment. Continued on foot until discovering a nearby settlement known as Lost Vegas. Initial contact with locals was tense but manageable. Secured shelter in a partially collapsed high-rise and initiated contact with allied unit Section Line 8. Began peace talks to build operational cover while waiting for surviving C.R.O.W.S. from the shipwreck. To sustain operations, established a CQB course—offering close-quarter combat training to locals and mercs for barter. Within days, two surviving C.R.O.W.S. arrived: Talon Stick and Corporal Six. Reunited and began coordinated efforts to expand trade networks and solidify our foothold in Lost Vegas. With alliances secured and income flow reestablished, the foundation for full C.R.O.W.S. presence in the region was laid. During recon of the scrublands, encountered an unknown contact later identified as Rookmate Flazy, previously listed as MIA. Flazy was disoriented and suffering from advanced radiation exposure. Rambling and erratic, he was stabilized via field-administered decon and chemical therapy. Returned to cognitive baseline and rejoined the unit under close supervision. The group established temporary shelter in a walled farmstead known as Little Big Horn. While there, opened trade discussions with fringe settlers and arranged transit for return to Lost Vegas.
