We are a post-apocalyptic LARP group — a brotherhood of friends, veterans, and lifelong gamers. Many of us come from military backgrounds and years of field experience. We took what we know best — teamwork, tactics, and survival — and brought it into the world of LARP. From all walks of life, we came together to build something real: a group that’s super friendly when we can be, but deadly when we need to be.
In-game, we are the 11th Wing C.R.O.W.S. — the Federation’s special forces, born from the remnants of a great naval fleet that fled to the Pacific after the Fall. We were on our way to the North Sea on a classified mission when our ship sank. Now stranded in a strange land far from home, we rely on our training to help the locals, build safe zones, and uphold the Federation’s goal — to one day bring the fleet back together and return home.
LARP (Live Action Role Play) is where imagination becomes reality. You build a character, craft your own gear, and live out a story with foam-safe weapons and player-safe armor. Want to run a bar? You can. Be a medic, a wanderer, a fool, or a fighter — your creativity is your only limit. Every injury, every loss, every victory is played out in real time. Get shot? Act it out. Lose a limb? Wrap it up and find a medic. Radiation poisoning? Better get your meds — or risk mutating… or dying. And yes, you can die in LARP. No respawns. When your character dies, their story ends — and a new one begins.
Imagine a world two centuries after civilization collapsed — think Fallout, Mad Max, or every grim wasteland movie you’ve ever loved. Technology barely works. Armor is scavenged and rusted. Ammo, food, and water are scarce. Players must trade, scavenge, and survive. Radiation zones are tracked by sensors. Mutants attack without warning. Marauders steal what they can. The world runs 24 hours a day — there is no pause, no reset. You’ll form alliances, build settlements, and defend what’s yours. In the end, every player has the same goal: Survive the Wasteland. How long you last depends on the choices you make — and the people you trust.
A Note to Our Active-Duty Brothers and Sisters
First off — respect. We know the uniform, the time, and the sacrifice. Many of us come from the same life. The C.R.O.W.S. were built by veterans who know what it means to answer the call when it comes.
Because of that, we want to be honest.
Our events can run for several days to a full week, and they often take place far from home. For those still serving on active duty, that can make scheduling and leave approval difficult — and as every one of us knows, the mission always comes first.
We’d love to have you join us, but we also understand that military duty has priority over everything else. You’re always welcome to reach out, fill out a contact form, and talk with us — we’ll do our best to make something work, whether that’s training with us, joining between rotations, or being part of the crew when your schedule allows.
No matter what, you’ll always have our respect.
